You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We offer free returns on all eligible items. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon request to ensure the process is cost-effective for you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened skincare or used cosmetics may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
